Description: In this interactive conflict resolution session, participants engage in a series of conflict games designed to deepen their understanding of conflict dynamics. By combining emotional intelligence and collaborative approaches, the session aims to provide opportunities to think differently about conflict. The activities used in this session can also be taken back and utilized with groups, boards, and/or organizations you work with that come upon conflict.
