Description: This session will explore the implementation of integrated STEM food system lessons as a pathway to holistic learning. Participants will learn how to design and implement STEM activities that integrate STEM principles into the study of food systems, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a deeper understanding of the complexities of the food system. Through a combination of interactive presentations, hands-on activities, and collaborative discussions, attendees will gain practical knowledge and skills to enhance their teaching practices and engage an audience in interdisciplinary learning experiences as Extension Educators.
